Kathy is a C-level executive with over 30 years of experience in developing strategic plans and driving execution to manage organizations through periods of transformational growth, leading to successful exits thru sales to strategic and financial buyers as well as IPO’s.
Kathy brings a deep understanding of the entire M&A lifecycle, having completed six M&A transactions over a nine months period in her role as COO and CFO of nCourt, and many others for public companies, including Witness Systems (NASDAQ: WITS), acquired by Verint, and MapInfo (NASDAQ: MAPS), acquired by Pitney Bowes. She also has strong expertise of the entire IPO process, having taken three early companies through IPO – most recently completing the IPO of Nitro Software (ASX:NTO) in late 2019. Kathy’s experience also includes leading organizations through global expansion, developing strategic plans for product and market expansion and building high performance teams for scalable and sustainable growth around the globe.
In addition to her experience and current role, Kathy is a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee member of Tecsys (TO: TCS), a global supply chain management solutions leader in the healthcare and retail sectors. She is also a Director and Audit and Risk Committee Chair of Teleco Business Solutions, an early-stage telecom and networking company. She brings 30+ years advising companies boards in her capacity as both a CFO and COO on strategy, M&A, IPOs, financial models and operational excellence.
Kathy has received the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s CFO of the Year Finalist and Nominee Awards. She earned a BS in Accounting cum laude from Alfred University and is a New York Certified Public Accountant. Kathy is currently pursuing her Masters of Law at Fordham University Law School. She loves pickleball, as well as cycling, golf, is a travel enthusiast and avid reader.
